New Delhi, July 20 (IANS) Akshay Kumar is aggressively promoting his forthcoming film "Khatta Meetha" on the small screen. After Star Plus' "Sasural Genda Phool", the star will make an appearance as a celebrity guest on Colors' kids dance reality show "Chak Dhoom Dhoom".
The actor will attend the finale July 24 where top four finalists -- Piyush Bhagat, Tejaswani Behera, Sparsh Shrivastav and Gauri - will compete with each other for the title.
Pony Verma, Ahmed Khan, Bosco-Caesar and Saroj Khan are the judging the show and Parvesh Rana and "Chhote Miyan" star Saloni Daini are hosting it.

Swapnil Joshi turns RJ for Marathi radio
Actor-turned-stand-up comedian Swapnil Joshi has embarked on a new career as radio jockey. He has been roped in to host a weekend show on Marathi channel 93.5 Red Fm.
Titled "The Swapnil Joshi Show", it went on air Sunday and the actor in his inimitable style took the listeners on an unforgettable journey by sharing information about famous Maharashtrian icons and their work and life.
This two-hour weekly show can be heard in five cities across Maharashtra - Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Nagpur and Aurangabad.

"Gossip Girl" season three to go on air
The third season of hit American teenage drama "Gossip Girl" is set to go on air Thursday and will see the characters entering college.
The show, to be aired on Zee Cafe, is an adaptation of a series of novels written by Cecily von Ziegesar that revolves around the lives and romances amongst the privileged teenagers at the Constance Billard School for Girls, an elite private school in New York's Upper East Side.
It focuses on Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester) and her best friend Serena van der Woodsen (Blake Lively). The show also stars actor Ed Westwick as Chuck Bass and Chace Crawford as Nate Archibald.
