The 31-year-old, who co-hosts Daybreak with Adrian Chiles, was given the trophy at the celeb-packed event after a terrible week, where the breakfast show's viewing figures dropped to a record low.
Insiders on Daybreak have revealed behind-the-scenes morale has been at 'rock bottom', but last night Christine was upbeat.
'Me and Adrian are fine. It's a new start so we ignore all that,' she said. 'The mood's fine.
'I'm just struggling with the 3am start. I had a little sleep before coming here.'
Last week, Christine put on a brave face when she returned to work after a week's holiday, despite criticism from viewers - with one blogger labelling her 'a giggling airhead'.
